Wings, a lit match
and a floating man.
Ben Jorgensen started Armor for Sleep in Teaneck, New Jersey, in 2001 and tied the name to the sleepless nights he spent writing songs. Five studio albums followed, from Dream to Make Believe (2003) and What to Do When You Are Dead (2005) to The Rain Museum (2022) and There Is No Memory (2025).
Every design here comes from that world: the floating man from the What to Do When You Are Dead cover, the Dream to Make Believe wings, the 2012 farewell, The Rain Museum flowers, the There Is No Memory kaleidoscope, the gold serif wordmark and a New Jersey crest.
We print each piece when you order it, on tees, long sleeves, crewnecks and hoodies, with kids' and youth sizes for the youngest fans. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you.
